I took double gold at the BJJ 247 London Open

The BJJ 247 competition was great. I won gold in both the gi and no-gi tournaments I entered, which was great.

Met a few old faces I haven't seen for a long time. It was great to compete in jiu-jitsu again. Only had one match in the gi, so it wasn't too much of a challenge.

My first fight in no-go was against British MMA referee who you may have seen reffing UFC events, Dan Movahedi. I won that fight, and won the next one after. During the competition I don't think anyone scored a point against me. So, a clean sheet!

But this competition was the warm-up for the European next week, at IBJJF.

Got a few little niggles that we need to sort out before that competition, and then we need to go again. Everyone was respectful and it was a great atmosphere, as always, and it was great to see so many familiar faces.
